By accessing and using the OUAF website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, vendors, and customers.

Product Descriptions and Aesthetics

We make every effort to display the colors, finishes, and dimensions of our products (from OUAF Minis to Architectural Lights) as accurately as possible. However, due to variations in monitor displays and the handcrafted nature of certain decor items, slight variations may occur.

Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify prices or discontinue products without prior notice.

Installation Limitations of Liability

OUAF provides high-quality lighting fixtures. We offer professional installation services exclusively within Pune, Maharashtra, as a chargeable add-on service. For all other locations across India:

• Customers are solely responsible for hiring certified electricians for the installation of Chandeliers, Ceiling Lights, Wall Lights, and Architectural Lights.
• OUAF shall not be held liable for any damages to the product, property, or personal injury resulting from improper installation, incorrect wiring, or failure to follow the provided manuals.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
